Another way to find business emails is to determine how the company sets up the employee email addresses. The format is usually consistent throughout the company. For example, if a company uses the employee’s first initial, then the last name, it is easy to plug in other names. If jsmith@kraft.com is John Smith’s email address, it is logical to assume hjones@kraft.com is the correct email address for Harry Jones.
